Schoolhouse Pies
We are a very small kitchen dedicated to hand making each pie, which limits our capacity each bake. We'd love to see you on our Pie & Market Days and also encourage you to join our mailing list to pre-order pies for pick-up to ensure we have pie for you when you visit!

Our Kitchen
We are a small, family-run kitchen, which means we have a limit on how many pies can can bake each weekend we are open. You'll hear us encourage folks to pre-order because we don't want you to make a trip into the woods and not get a pie, but we frequently sell out of flavors each day.

Pie Days
We currently are open 1-2 weekends a month, usually Friday afternoons and Saturday. Check the Pie & Market Days page for the upcoming dates or join our mailing list by entering your email at the bottom of the page to receive the dates each month and the ability to pre-order.

Pie Sizes & Prices
In order to minimize waste, we only make 6" pies and handpies for walk-ins to the Market. We also offer 6", 8", and 9" pies for pre-order if you want to ensure you get the flavor you want or are looking for a larger pie.
Current prices are always listed on the pre-order form, but in general our 6" pies are $5-6; 8" pies are $10-$12, and 9" pies are $15-$18. We also usually have handpies for walk-ins, which are $2.50.

Pre-Orders
We send out a monthly email to our mailing list with dates and pre-order forms. Join our mailing list by entering your email at the bottom of the page. The online form closes the Tuesday before our baking weekend (or sooner if we reach our baking limit). Please note, in order to ensure we are properly tracking on orders, we only accept orders via the online form. If you need help completing the form don't hesitate to reach out!
We frequently sell out of our flavors of the day, so we highly encourage you to pre-order the pie you are looking for. Handpies are the only ones that we do not offer pre-orders for.

Ingredients & Gluten Free
Each order form includes a full list of ingredients for each pie as well as which pies can be made gluten-free. Pie names indicate any pies that contain nuts.
We have gluten-free pies available for pre-order; each form will indicate which pies we can make gluten-free.
All gluten-free pies are made completely gluten-free (crust and filling). We do everything we can that your pie does not come in contact with gluten, but they are made in the same kitchen as other pies we make.
